The portal can be used for registration, renewal, submission of annual return, viewing of inspection report for following Labour Acts.

• Contract Labour Act (Regulation And Abolition), 1970
• Motor Transport Workers Acts, 1961
• Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act (Regulation of Employment & Conditions of Service), 1979
• Uttarakhand Dookan Aur Sthaapan Adhiniyam,2017
• Factories Act, 1948
• Indian Boilers Act, 1923

To use any of activities (registration, renewal, submission of annual return, viewing of inspection report), you must be a member of the portal.

Following steps must be performed for being a member of portal :

Step -1 :   Click on Register Now Button .

Step -2 :   Two links are shown Already Registered, New Registration.

Step -3 :   Enter your details with user name and password (Please remember your user name and password).

Step -4 :  If you are already registered with department, enter your act Name and old registration no. If everything correct, enter your member details, with your user name and password.

Step -5 :   If you want to apply new registration click on new registration, enter your member registration details, with your user name and password.

Step -6 :   Your user name and password will be sent to you on email id (specified while entering your details), and on mobile no (specified while entering your details).
